About Our Business
Welcome to my world of the fine art of quilting. We strive for
excellence and quality quilting. A place you can trust your most
prize possessions. My main focus is machine quilting to visually
enhance the quilt. I have been quilting for six years and long arm
quilting for four. My wife started quilting as a young girl with her
Mother and has been teaching in the visual arts twenty eight years.
Our business name is in honor my Mother Ruby England,she lives
just up the hill from us. Her home is the gathering place for our vast
family dinners,Birthdays and reunions. We first started calling the
hill we live on Ruby's Hill and it just seemed natural to name our
business after my dear Mother also a creative quilter.
Our first long arm quilting machine was purchased when one of
my wifes investment bonds was called in. We had the money to
make the move to begin our own quilting business,We acquired
our license in the winter of 2002 and we have been busy
establishing ourselves in the world of quilters ever sense. My own
quilts and those of my customers have placed in quilting
competitions or shows.
I like the challenge of designing the machine stitches to
compliment the customers work. Our studio is clean, quiet and
has a beautiful country view to aid relaxation during our breaks.
We are a small business and focus on providing work that displays
